Running a live Q&A your members will actually join

A regular time, a short length and questions collected in advance make all the difference.

Live sessions are one of the best reasons to be a member, and one of the easiest to get wrong.

Same time, every month

A fixed slot like the first Thursday at 6pm lets people plan around it.

Collect questions first

Open a thread a week before. People who can’t come live still feel part of it, and you never stare at an empty chat.

Keep it to 45 minutes

Shorter sessions get more people. Post the recording for members afterwards.
